It's constructed with two foam densities in a dual layer to offer maximum airflow while catching even the smallest dirt particles. It also features a thick base ring to seal tight against the air box.
Note: Maxima recommends disposing of the filter when dirty. It is not intended for cleaning and re-oiling.
