This roll-top bag is built with heavy-duty PVC-coated fabric (a.k.a tarpaulin) with all seams electronically welded to make it 100% waterproof, dustproof, mudproof, and snowproof. The proven roll-top closure with a fastening buckle is simple to use, reliable over time, and positively seals the elements.
 
It features a loop patch in the back to prevent chaffing with the mounting harness (which holds the hook patch), while quality straps and buckles compress your cargo and keep the weight securely in place, whether on the harness or a rack.
