No matter what you need to secure in place, from your NSU to your grips, ain't nothing a little bit of wire can fix!
 
This roll of 10m of stainless steel safety wire is the correct diameter for motorcycle use. Just thin enough to be flexible but not too weak when you pull hard on those grips to make them tight!

How to use them:
Pass the wire around what you need to lock (drilled fasteners or grips for example)
Grab both wire ends with the jaws (the plier locks in closed position)
Pull out the knob to twist
Hold the plier and push the knob back into the body
Repeat if needed
Unlock and open the jaw then cut the wire to finish it.
