The rotor is laser-cut from 410 stainless steel stock, then CNC machined ground to perfection before heat treatment. Particular attention has been given to the float pins with a CNC stainless steel riveted construction AND stainless steel wave springs.
This ensures a consistent and straight tracking rotor even under extreme heat conditions like those long descents from high mountain roads, even more so if you are loaded with your luggage.
The rotors are finished with high-temperature paint on all the edges for a clean look and mounted on a black steel carrier for durability and strength.
A nice feature is a well-placed hole in the carrier to mount a magnet insert from the TrailTech computer kit. This makes for a nice and clean installation!
No other modifications are necessary. Swap the rotors and re-used your existing rotor bolts.
